Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Parallax Maps. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging (when possible)
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Some items may not be eligible for return. Please see “Non-Returnable Items” below.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at steve@parallaxmaps.com within 10 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packaging orders, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at steve@parallaxmaps.com within 10 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or denial
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us at steve@parallaxmaps.com and we’ll let you know if an exchange is available.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund:
  • Check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Reach out to us if you still need help


Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.

This policy is subject to applicable state and federal laws.
