Shipping & Handling Policy

We’re excited to get your order on its way! This Shipping & Handling Policy explains how orders from Parallax Maps are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience. We take care to package all orders securely to ensure they arrive safely and in great condition. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Carriers

We offer free shipping on all US orders and any applicable taxes are calculated separately at checkout. We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our studio, we can’t control delivery speed and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or natural events, incorrect or incomplete addresses, postal or service disruptions

 

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We package orders with care, but sometimes things happen during transit.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at steve@parallaxmaps within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping 

We currently do not ship internationally.
